When you’re ready for real planning (and pricing), we prefer to connect in person. It’s the best way to align expectations, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident with the team.

4) Plans, Details, and Direction
Have plans already? Upload them—we’ll review and talk through what impacts budget, selections, and timeline so you can make informed decisions early.

5) Build Phase
This is where our hands-on approach stands out. We stay involved while work is happening, maintain high standards, and keep communication steady.

Yes. Every home we build is fully custom. We don’t offer pre-set packages or one-size-fits-all plans—each project is tailored to the client, the land, and the lifestyle.

Because every home is different, pricing varies based on plans, materials, finishes, and site conditions. The best way to get accurate direction is to submit an inquiry and, if available, upload your plans for review.

We primarily build in Brazoria County and surrounding areas, generally within a 30-mile radius. If you’re just outside that range, feel free to reach out—we review projects on a case-by-case basis.

No. Some clients already own land, while others are still in the process. You’re welcome to reach out at either stage, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
