Yes. Every home we build is fully custom. We don’t offer pre-set packages or one-size-fits-all plans—each project is tailored to the client, the land, and the lifestyle.
Because every home is different, pricing varies based on plans, materials, finishes, and site conditions. The best way to get accurate direction is to submit an inquiry and, if available, upload your plans for review.
We primarily build in Brazoria County and surrounding areas, generally within a 30-mile radius. If you’re just outside that range, feel free to reach out—we review projects on a case-by-case basis.
No. Some clients already own land, while others are still in the process. You’re welcome to reach out at either stage, and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
Very involved. We take a hands-on approach and stay present while work is happening. Clear communication and attention to detail are core parts of how we build—not add-ons.
We occasionally take on remodeling projects on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope of work and our current schedule. If you’re considering a remodel, please reach out directly to discuss your project and availability.
